OUR CLASSES
Some like it hot. Others not so much. Some days you want to tighten & tone, or slow it down. Others you want to send your heart rate to the moon.
That's why we have two rooms: one that’s not heated, (“yin” room) and one that is heated with radiant heat panels (“yang” room).
We have everything you could've hoped for and more, Right here in Kitsap County.
HOT & NON-HEATED YOGA
Our eclectic yoga classes are sure to make you sweat. Try hot yoga (vinyasa, yoga sculpt, and slow flow) for an intense workout and amazing stretch. Our non-heated yoga (vinyasa and yin) is also great for those who like the heat cranked down a notch, and you'll build all that heat from within.
REFORMER PILATES
Reformer Pilates is a full body experience using a resistance-based apparatus (reformer) in order to explore a sequence of exercises that involve breath work, axial elongation & core control, spine articulation, organization & alignment of the body, weight bearing and movement integration.
BARRE & PILATES
These two forms of exercise are a great compliment to yoga. The focus here is strengthening, toning, and burning. Say hello to your abs.

Myofascial Release + Yin: w/ Noelle Sernett , Saturday March 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
The myofascial system is a network of connective tissue that surrounds all muscles, bones, organs, and other tissues in the body; acting as a body-wide scaffolding system. When fascia becomes tight or restricted, it can pull on muscles and nerves, leading to pain, stiffness, and reduced range of motion. Myofascial release is a type of soft tissue therapy that aims to improve flexibility, reduce pain, and restore proper movement by releasing restrictions in the myofascial system.
In this workshop, students will explore self-myofascial release techniques to ease tension, improve mobility, and release deeply held patterns of restriction. These techniques will be integrated with a gentle Yin practice, allowing the body to settle and ground into newfound space with ease.

Andy Howe has been teaching dance in the Puget Sound area for the last 20 years. The first
dance he ever learned was salsa back in 2002. From there he expanded into west coast
swing and then began to study more seriously in 2003. Ballet, Modern, and Argentine Tango were quickly added to a growing passion for all movement. In 2004 he quit his day job and began his journey as a ballroom dance instructor. Once truly immersed into teaching dance for a living, Andy’s joy of social dance quickly expanded into not only preparing people for and participating in events such as weddings and galas, but also began to include competition and performance. After learning pretty much all the social dances and pushing his movement competitively, the skill that would really set Andy apart was the ability to teach. Having gone to school for Engineering, the ability to break down large concepts into manageable pieces ended up becoming Andy's most “stand out” skill.
