When you prioritize and make the time to cater to your

wellness of body and mind, everything else in life seems

You may as well have fun while you're at it.

Working out is a chore no more.

OUR CLASSES

Some like it hot. Others not so much. Some days you want to tighten & tone, or slow it down. Others you want to send your heart rate to the moon.

That's why we have two rooms: one that’s not heated, (“yin” room) and one that is heated with radiant heat panels (“yang” room).

We have everything you could've hoped for and more, Right here in Kitsap County.

HOT & NON-HEATED YOGA

Our eclectic yoga classes are sure to make you sweat. Try hot yoga (vinyasa, yoga sculpt, and slow flow) for an intense workout and amazing stretch. Our non-heated yoga (vinyasa and yin) is also great for those who like the heat cranked down a notch, and you'll build all that heat from within.

REFORMER PILATES

Reformer Pilates is a full body experience using a resistance-based apparatus (reformer) in order to explore a sequence of exercises that involve breath work, axial elongation & core control, spine articulation, organization & alignment of the body, weight bearing and movement integration.

BARRE & PILATES

These two forms of exercise are a great compliment to yoga. The focus here is strengthening, toning, and burning. Say hello to your abs.

SUMMER YOGA IN THE PARK

Community is everything to us at Studio36OM and what better way to give back to the community than to move, breath, and flow together outside in the summer! We offer free yoga in the park during the summer for our members, our regulars, and those who haven’t yet stepped foot into our studio! All levels are welcome here. Do you want to bring your baby and kiddos along, have at it! We flow at Silverdale Waterfront Park, and have multiple days and times for you to join us. The summer schedule is on MINDBODY. 2024 Summer schedule is Mondays 6:45PM, Tuesdays 5:30PM and Fridays 6:00AM. Hope to see you there!

MOVING with the MOON: Friday November 15th + 29th 7:00-8:30PM

Join Erin Quinn & Gonca Tabanli for Moving with the Moon: a workshop duo exploring the power of utilizing the moon’s energy to connect with your highest self.

The first workshop will be on the full beaver moon and the second on the second November new moon, allowing us to explore the magic of working with these unique energies to look inward amongst likeminded and supportive community.

In each of the workshops you can expect a juicy and challenging hot vinyasa flow, reflective meditations in alignment with the full and new moon, intention setting, and a reiki-infused sound bath to help release energy that no longer serves.

Yoga for Teens

Introducing our new Yoga for Teens 6-weeks class series on Sundays at 12pm. This class series will include themes geared towards life as an adolescent, movement, grounding practices, journaling, and an opportunity to connect with peers. If you have struggled with anxiety, depression, stress or low self-esteem, or are just curious about Yoga, this class is for you! Come prepared to move, breathe, rest, and deepen your friendship with yourself. This class is open to all genders.

EVERYbody yoga:

This is a class created in response to requests and feedback from the community. In keeping with our values of accessibility and inclusivity, we have created an additional class offering where accessibility is the cornerstone. This class, like yoga, is for anybody and EVERYbody.

Yoga for EVERYBody is a non-heated yoga class in which cueing, poses and class themes will be geared directly towards the experiences of inhabiting and practicing in a larger body, as well as towards a wider range of flexibility and mobility. Props will be provided, including chairs. We will take up space, practice at our own pace and build community.

This class is taught by Crissy Anderson, RYT.

Crissy is a licensed marriage and family therapist and a yoga teacher, having completed her 200-hour YTT at 36Om. In her private practice, Crissy works with adolescents, adults and families and specializes in eating disorders. Crissy initially found Yoga as a practice to reduce burnout, and over the years has come to deeply appreciate the multitude of ways in which it supports vitality, wellbeing, and embodiment. It is a dream come true to now be able to integrate a therapy background/practice with Yoga and offer this at 36Om.
