Partner Love Flow with Gonca Tabanli + Erin Quinn Saturday Feb 22nd 6:30-8PM
Join Gonca and Erin for an evening of connection and pouring love into yourself and one of your favorite humans. We will begin with an eye gazing meditation, followed by reflective journal prompts, gentle partner yoga postures, and a dreamy sound bath. This evening is an opportunity to connect with someone you love, whether it be a partner, friend, or family member. The gentle yoga we do will be appropriate for all levels of practitioner, including beginners. Please bring a yoga mat, journal, and writing tool.

Our breath is our main life source and yet so many of us are breathing unconsciously and not accessing its full potential.
In this intro to breath awareness workshop we will learn about different breath patterns and how to breathe to promote health, deep healing and personal growth.
Though conscious connected breathing, you can gain access to release emotional blockages, suppressed emotions, process store stress, and reconnect to your inner self.
By holding a sacred container and thru gentle facilitation, we hope to provide a safe and supportive space that encourages clarity, self-awareness, and a profound sense of freedom and renewal.
VIBEflow: Friday February 28th 7:00-8:30PM with Erin Quinn
VIBEflow is an opportunity to loosen up physically and mentally with like-minded individuals. A juicy evening lit by candles and a dreamy playlist. We will move through sun salutations to build heat in the body and explore standing postures, inversions and the opportunity for arm balances. Ending with a deep restorative postures and a well earned savasana. Lots of room for play, and all skill levels welcome.
This class is designed for those who want to experience the age old fusion of cannabis and yoga. We recommend that you take an edible about an hour prior to class, allow for maximum effect.
