Friday, May 3rd , 6:00pm - 8:00pm : Energize & Renew!
It comes down to the strength at your core. In this challenging & opening the heart flow, Pradeep invites you to go deep within - within your center, your body, your spirit. And true to Pradeep style, in this practice we will access that core through multiple creative flow sequences, postures, and his gentle words of encouragement. This practice might become one you return to, over and over.
Saturday, May 4th, 10am - Noon: The Art of Backbends!
Backbends are some of the yoga's most exhilarating postures and sometimes the most demanding. In this workshop we will open the entire front body, with emphasis on the heart center. We will explore many different ways of working with without props, along with physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of a backbend. our heart will dance with the fine are of balancing and surrender.
Sunday, May 5th, 10am - Noon: Empower Detox Flow!
All levels of practitioners will enjoy the benefits of this workshop. Pradeep’s very approachable manner lends to an ease in his teaching style, which draws many students from different disciplines. Mixed Levels, a mindfulness Bhakti flow class.
