Just a hop skip and jump away from Seattle proper, nestled in beautiful Kitsap County, Studio Three Six Om is hosting it’s 2nd 200 hour Yoga Teacher training this SPRING 2025!

This is your chance for personal and professional growth in all things yoga on and off the mat. Gain knowledge in functional body alignment, anatomy, yoga history and philosophy, and how to lead a safe, engaging, and empowering class should you choose to teach post graduation.

While deepening your personal practice, you will also learn what it means to live yoga and have additional opportunities for growth in areas of your life beyond the mat.

“Yoga does not just change the way we see things; it transforms the person who sees.”

— B.K.S. IYENGAR

This YTT was excellent and soul changing, I really believe that. Reflecting on it a few months out I really wouldn't have changed anything about the experience.

Why Choose This Program?

What our 200hr grads say:

The studio has been such a haven for me and really changed my life, and YTT was an expansion of that. Being able to spend time really immersed in learning and growing as an individual, in community with my peers, and supported by you all was so special. I feel more connected to myself as a result of YTT, and more capable of showing up for each aspect of my life; obviously as a teacher now, but also in my job and in my personal life.

I learned so much about my body and how to do poses correctly or with modifications. The teacher feedback about my practice has been invaluable. This is the main reason I wanted to do YTT.

YTT is a learning experience that expands your knowledge of Yoga that is more than just teaching. It's learning a new way to "be" in the world. Some information you can add to your life immediately, while other aspects become interests for further study.

Something really special/unique about this program: learning from multiple teachers, each with a different background/style/expertise, modeled what diversity can look like in your practice and teaching, even within the same lineage of yoga.

Throughout the program, we will study:

  • Yoga Asana

  • Anatomy and Alignment

  • Philosophy and Yoga History

  • Intelligent + Creative Sequencing

  • Effective communication through clear verbal cues

  • Working with special populations including pregnant women and those with injuries

  • Other topics including: Pranayama & Meditation, OM & Dharma Talks, Teaching Privates, Workshops, Chakras, the Business of Yoga, Trauma Informed teaching and more!
